As an American novelist, Johnita's passion lies in creating fascinating stories built around family drama, dark family secrets, and revealing truths.  From the depth of her own family trauma and her unlimited imagination she continues to create stories that are impactful and relatable that inspire readers to reimagine the world through the eyes of unique characters exploring fantasy, horror, and romance.

 

Johnita is a graduate of Full Sail University with a BFA in Creative Writing, and now pursing her MFA in Creative Writing at Full Sail University; she's a member of Full Sail’s Creative Writing Club, and Full Sail Alumni Network.  

 

She has a full plate balancing life as a passionate author, but the best part of her life is living out her dream everyday being a wife to her supportive husband, and mother to their four beautiful children.
